ReNew: Midday Movement | Drop-In

Step away to return to yourself. ReNew is a gentle, 30-minute yoga session designed to help you pause, breathe, and realign.

Through slow, intentional movement and mindful transitions, this practice invites you to soften physical tension, settle scattered energy, and reconnect with your inner calm.

ReNew offers space to release whatever you're carrying and replenish your sense of balance and clarity.

No previous yoga experience is needed, just bring your breath, your presence, and a willingness to move with ease. Give yourself the gift of a reset. Step onto your mat, tune in, and make space for the rest of your day.
